Prior to founding the Counterpointe Energy Partners and its affiliates, Mr. Alini including was responsible for the Merrill Lynch Global Principal Finance Group investing and risk management for over $21 Billion of alternative assets. Mr. Alini is  a board member of PACENation and the USGBC chapter in New York City Urban Green. 

Ms. Giaccio is responsible for all legal matters for the firm.  Giaccio previously practiced commercial real estate law at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP.

Mr. Harmon leads the Principal Transaction group focused on construction, transitional and rehab investments.

Prior to Counterpointe, Mr. Harmon served as a Managing Director at Arden Group as Portfolio Manager of the Arden Credit Fund. 

A physician turned sustainability financier, Dr. Pitale leads CounterpointeSRE’s financing team with expertise in deep energy retrofits and with passion for advancing projects with community benefits and accretive economics for owners.

Mary-Stuart Freydberg serves as Head of ESG Research overseeing ESG investment framework for the firm. Prior to CounterpointeSRE, Ms. Freydberg was Senior Director at Merrill Lynch CMBS Research where she provided advice on North American Real Estate.
