Job Description

We are looking for an on-site PHP Developer responsible for managing front and back-end websites/webservices and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary functions will include the development of all client-side and server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for developing and integrating front-end elements into the application. The platform for this business was developed entirely on a LAMP environment; therefore, an advanced understanding of full LAMP stack technologies is necessary. This is a fast paced business and as such is very challenging and demanding. It is also very rewarding.

Internship opportunities exist in multiple departments. You will work directly with founders and should expect to have responsibilities, challenges and projects outside the usual experience that will stretch you outside your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

Team members will be trained to field calls from applicants and to assist in the collection and processing of documents for underwriting commercial properties. Responsibilities will include providing support and assistance to underwriters, bond issuance and finance staff by assisting with bond issuance, funding and processing. Positions also include providing assistance in contractor registration, proposals and requests for payment. Qualified teammates may assist with analytics and programming. Responsibilities may also include targeting new referral sources and developing marketing materials. There is interface with government agencies and institutional investors as well as contractors, property owners and property managers. Success will lead to further financial or marketing responsibilities.

Skills And Qualifications

The successful applicants must have a commitment to work with a sense of urgency to accomplish projects, the ability to prioritize and to interact with various departments simultaneously. They must have superior organizational and analytical skills. While we will consider all applicants, those with majors in finance, mathematics, engineering or computer science are preferred. Includes general ledger, accounts payable, financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and developing a strong internal control framework. Job Description

The Company is seeking an Account Manager, that will focus on San Francisco’s Mandatory Seismic Retrofit Program, originating PACE financing transactions to fund seismic retrofits for owners of multifamily properties of 5-units and above. In that role, you would be responsible for generating PACE financing applications for the CounterpointeSRE Program™ by (a) developing and maintaining key contractor client relationships in your territory, (b) developing and originating business with commercial property owners and (c) such other tasks that may be assigned by the Company as are consistent with the job title and responsibilities. Below is a more in-depth description of anticipated job duties for Account Managers. Your territory may be modified from time to time as the coverage and size of the CounterpointeSRE (CSRE) Program grows and evolves. You would initially report directly to the Executive Director and Head of Western U.S. PACE Originations, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Company would require that you devote your full business time and energy to this position, which shall be on a full-time basis. It is expected that the Account Manager will spend considerable amounts of time within San Francisco meeting with prospective accounts and conducting sales and marketing activities as described above. CSRE will provide office space downtown SF that can be used for meetings, etc. 

Responsibilities

- Develop and update knowledge of the Company’s program and tools to take and process applications and close transactions. Also learn the programs of any competitors

- Work with your manager and the Company to develop scripts, telemarketing campaigns and other marketing, sales and business development materials (webinars, seminars)

- Give formal presentations of SCRE’s Program using marketing and other training aids, help organize and attend promotional marketing events and organize product displays

- Recruit strategic vendors and city officials to build a referral network (referral partners). Such persons include those who develop government policy or install, distribute, manufacture improvements financed under the Company’s PACE program. This would include SF City officials, contractors and engineering firms and property managers, realtors and others focusing on 5+unit properties subject to SF’s mandatory seismic retrofit program.

- Visit key referral partners to demonstrate the Company’s tools and products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used

- Visit prospective accounts (that may make online or phone inquiries or those directly contacted) to explain PACE financing and demonstrate use of the Company’s tools, help complete applications, etc.

- Plan and work towards meeting targets and goals

- Provide written weekly report to the Company on activities and provide feedback

- Be proficient in using the Company’s e-business technology
