Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate strategically expanded the footprint and impact of C-PACE across US development markets. Among its transactions was a loan on Echelon Studios, the largest New York State C-PACE to date and the first-ever to fund new construction in New York City.
Additionally, the firm has added senior talent to strengthen underwriting, structuring and asset management, including the appointment of industry veterans Huxley Somerville, Jo Hastings and David Stewart, to scale portfolio oversight and origination in complex, large-loan C-PACE.
